Capybara Games annonce la disponibilité immédiate de Grindstone sur PC. Son tile-matching est désormais accessible par l’intermédiaire d’Epic Games Store au tarif de 19,99 € hors-promotion.
Pour rappel, Grindstone met le joueur aux commandes d’un barbare qui doit se défaire de nombreuses « bestioles » en reliant celles dont la couleur est identique. Plus le combo est important, plus on récolte de grindstones, les pierres précieuses qui servent de ressources. Dans notre test du 26 décembre 2020, on expliquait que « Grindstone est un jeu qui se consomme facilement de manière ponctuelle, mais la richesse de ses mécaniques, sa direction artistique et sa touche RPG le propulsent au-delà du jeu casual ».

Par ailleurs, l’éditeur annonce une édition physique de la version Switch distribuée par iam8bit. Celle-ci est annoncée pour 2021 sans plus de précision mais on connaît toutefois son contenu : Grindstone s’accompagnera de coloriages et de craie grasse. Un double vinyle de la bande originale sera aussi vendu séparément.

GRINDSTONE IS OUT TODAY ON PC ON THE EPIC GAMES STORE
TORONTO, MAY 20, 2021 – Capybara Games is excited to release their colorful and critically acclaimed puzzler, Grindstone, on PC today via the Epic Games Store for $19.99 USD. Grindstone releases today on the Epic Games Store with every previous update the game has received on Apple Arcade and Nintendo Switch, including the new Fortune Grind update. New players can expect over 250 challenging levels with squishy creeps to squash, multiple daily challenge modes with their own leaderboards, and a plethora of helpful outfits and gear.
